We are all multi-dimensional and so being, are adaptable to finding various passions and talents throughout our lives.

Relationships form the axis everything spins around and is underpinned by. Actively building successful relationships, therefore, is the lifeblood of business and a healthy life.

I launched my first freelancing venture in March 2017. Starting Equivivere was the culmination of all the skills and experiences gained to date to initially offer a specialised, niche real estate service to both landlord and tenants. However, focus soon shifted to the more creative side as I built my brand and started writing original content as a marketing strategy. This grew more and more until eventually, the content writing, social media management and marketing aspects became the focus of what offered on a freelance and consultancy basis. My clients included attorneys, estate agents, website developers, financial services and brand activations.

From February 2019 to June 2023, I headed up the marketing department at Rabie Property Group, responsible for the full marketing role for the company, its various brands, as well as all property development branding, launches and post launch marketing as they occur.

Simultaneously, from September 2019, I joined Century City Property Owners’ Association as Communications Manager, where my key role is to formulate and implement communication strategies, build good relationships with media and seek opportunities for placements, and the writing, conceptualisation and art direction of its digital magazine.

From July 2023 to July 2024, I was part of Rainmaker Marketing, an agency that specialises in the property market. Here, my role was to service developer relationships within the Western Cape, new business relationships within the Western Cape and regional business plan formulation and implementation. I was also responsible for the company brand, which included implementing podcasts, content strategy, webinars and other elements of the Rainmaker brand itself.
